DMCA Policy

Estoril Spiel Ergebnis respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

This policy outlines the information required to submit a DMCA takedown notice or a counter-notification to Estoril Spiel Ergebnis.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content available on Estoril Spiel Ergebnis infringes on your copyright, you may send us a notice of infringement. Your notice must include substantially the following information, as required by the DMCA:

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on Estoril Spiel Ergebnis was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include substantially the following information:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
